Law No. 6222 “Law on Prevention of Violence and Irregularity in Sports” aims to prevent violence in stadiums, to provide fans with a safe match experience, to prevent the entry of spectators without tickets and to prevent the sale of black market tickets.
With its renewed name and simplified application process, the Passo Taraftar Card allows football fans to enter stadiums quickly and securely without waiting in queues, and clubs to recognize their fans and create new areas of income. Passo Taraftar Digital Debit Card, Passo Taraftar Physical Debit Card, Passo Taraftar Digital Prepaid Card and Passo Taraftar Physical Prepaid Card types are designed to meet all the needs of fans.
You can apply for the Passo Taraftar Card from www.passotaraftar.com.tr. As soon as you complete your application, you can start using all the features of your digital cards immediately. For physical card applications, as soon as your application is completed, you can start entering the matches immediately by scanning the QR from the “Enter the Match” area in the Passo Mobile Application without waiting for your physical card to be delivered, but you must receive your card in order to use the other features of your card.

Foreign nationals must have a Passo Taraftar Card in order to enter the matches with tickets purchased through Passo within the scope of “Law No. 6222 on the Prevention of Violence and Irregularity in Sports”. Foreign nationals can only apply for a Passo Taraftar Prepaid Card from www.passotaraftar.com.tr.
You can continue to use your existing Passolig card until the e-ticket expires. When your e-ticket expires, you must apply for your team's Passo Taraftar Card from www.passotaraftar.com.tr.
When the e-ticket period of your current Passolig Card expires, you can continue to enter the matches by applying for your team's Passo Taraftar Card from www.passotaraftar.com.tr.
You can use your Passo Taraftar Card for purchasing match tickets, entrance to matches, domestic and international purchases and cash needs. The transactions you can make with your card may vary depending on the card type you choose.
You can top up your Passo Taraftar Prepaid Card by using your Aktif Bank account or cards belonging to different banks from the “Card Transactions” menu on www.passotaraftar.com.tr or N Kolay Mobile application.
You can top-up a maximum of 10,000 TL per month.
*You can use the balance you have loaded to your Passo Taraftar Debit Card for match ticket/combine purchases, domestic and international shopping and cash withdrawals. You can use your credit card top-ups only for shopping and match ticket/combine purchases.

Passo Taraftar Card does not have a card fee. An annual “E-Ticket System Usage Fee” is collected from Passo Taraftar Cards produced in accordance with the e-ticket system, which was put into practice due to the provisions of the “Law No. 6222 on the Prevention of Violence and Irregularity in Sports” published in the Official Gazette on 14.04.2011. There are six different annual e-ticket fees per club: 800 TL, 500 TL, 400 TL, 300 TL, 275 TL and 250 TL. The e-ticket fee is collected once a year and can be used every year by extending the e-ticket period. There is no additional fee for the Passo Taraftar Card.
You can pay your e-ticket usage fee from N Kolay Mobile and from the “Card Transactions” tab on the website www.passotaraftar.com.tr with your Passo Taraftar Card, cards belonging to different banks or from your Aktif Bank account.
You can extend the Passo Taraftar Card of your relatives by paying the e-ticket fee from the “Card Transactions” tab on www.passotaraftar.com.tr.
The e-ticket period starts to run from the date you start to receive your Passo Taraftar Card, so the validity periods of the cards may be different from each other.
If your e-ticket expires at the same time and you extend only one of them, you will only be able to buy match tickets and enter the stadium for that team. If you do not extend the e-ticket period, you will not be able to purchase match tickets or enter the stadiums with your Passo Taraftar Card.

Clubs can sell priority tickets for their own logo cards. In case there are no tickets left to be sold, general sales will start to other teams' logo cards on the date determined by the club. In addition, if there is no logo restriction decision taken by the Provincial or District Sports Security Board, you can buy tickets and enter the match.
In case of a logo restriction decision by the Provincial or District Sports Security Board, or if the home club has a restriction decision regarding cards with other logos and you have a card with both the home and away team logo, you will not be able to buy a match ticket for the relevant competition. Unless otherwise decided by the club or Provincial or District Sports Security Board, if the logo of your Passo Taraftar Card belongs to the home team, you can buy tickets from the home team's stands, if the logo of your card belongs to the away team, you can buy tickets from the visiting team stands, and you can enter all matches in Süper Lig and 1. Lig.
For the 2025-2026 season, www.passotaraftar.com.tr lists only the teams we have an agreement with. Click for the list of contracted teams.
In order to buy a ticket for a home match of a team that is not among our contracted teams at Passotaraftar.com.tr, you must make a transaction through the platform that that club has an agreement with. For details, we recommend you to visit the official channels of the host club. If your club does not have an agreement with Passo but will play an away match hosted by a club with which we have an agreement, you must first apply for a Passo Taraftar Digital Prepaid Card free of charge from www.passotaraftar.com.tr to buy tickets from www.passo.com.tr.
You can buy your match tickets from the Passo Mobile app or www.passotaraftar.com or you can also buy them from the stadium box office. You must have a Passo Taraftar Card to buy tickets.
You can log in to www.passotaraftar.com or the Passo mobile application, select the team you want to buy your season ticket for and make your purchase. You can only buy season tickets for the team of your Passo Taraftar Card.
After downloading the Passo Mobile application, you can login to the application with your e-mail and the password you used at www.passo.com.tr or you can log in by selecting the “login with passotaraftar” option and entering your TR ID, mobile phone and the password you used at www.passo.com.tr.
You can enter the stadium with a QR Code with devices that do not support NFC. Passo Mobile App controls this automatically. You will not need to take any additional action to regulate the use of QR or NFC.

Our disabled citizens are required to contact their clubs at least 2-3 days before the match day. If the club has a disabled quota, they can have their free tickets defined on their Passo Taraftar Cards. It is mandatory to present the Disabled Card during identification.
If you are a Passo Taraftar Debit Card holder, you can withdraw and deposit money from all ATMs in Türkiye for free.

b) By Aktif Yatırım Bankası A.Ş., acting as the data controller, in relation to the financial transactions you have carried out or will carry out via your Passolig card, for the purposes of fulfilling obligations stipulated under the Banking Law, the Law on Bank Cards and Credit Cards, the Law on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions, the regulations of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK), and other applicable regulations; verifying your identity, address, and other required details; preparing all transaction-related records and documents through electronic or paper-based channels; retaining such data for the period required by law; ensuring compliance with domestic and international legislation; fulfilling information and documentation retention, reporting, risk monitoring, data sharing, and notification obligations mandated by authorities including the BRSA, CMB, CBRT, MASAK, TBB, Revenue Administration, the Undersecretariat of Treasury, and others; conducting planning, statistics, customer satisfaction, and service quality improvement efforts; preventing fraud; ensuring security; conducting credit limit assessments, credit evaluations, and intelligence inquiries; managing legal processes; and fulfilling all obligations of the Bank toward you arising from the transactions you perform with the Bank.
Furthermore, your personal data may be processed for the purpose of offering you personalized products and services, establishing communication with you in connection with such products and services, conducting promotional, marketing, campaign, and product/service offering activities (if you have given your consent), and for product development, market research, and identifying target customer segments for the Bank and its subsidiaries.
Cases Where Consent Is Not Required
Pursuant to Article 5 of the Law, personal data may be processed without the explicit consent of the data subject in the following cases:
• where it is explicitly stipulated in laws;
• where it is necessary for the performance or execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
• where processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations;
• where the personal data has been made public by the data subject;
• where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right;
• where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that such processing does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred
For the purposes specified above:
a) Personal data held by the Turkish Football Federation may be accessed by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Interior pursuant to Article 5/11 of Law No. 6222 on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports.
b) Personal data held by Aktif Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. in relation to financial transactions performed with your Passolig card may be transferred, in accordance with the Banking Law, the Law on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions, and other applicable legislation, to parties permitted or mandated by law, including but not limited to the entities listed in Article 73 of the Banking Law No. 5411, such as the BRSA, CMB, CBRT, MASAK, TBB, Revenue Administration, the Undersecretariat of Treasury, SSI; to institutions such as the Interbank Card Center (BKM), the Credit Bureau, and FINDEKS; and, with your explicit consent where required, to our principal shareholder, its domestic or foreign affiliates, subsidiaries, and group companies, as well as to domestic or foreign banks and our business partners, service providers, program partners, and other institutions with which we collaborate in the course of our banking operations.
Method of Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected through verbal, written, or electronic means via the website http://www.passotaraftar.com.tr, our Head Office, branches, kiosks, ATMs, internet banking, the call center, or third-party service providers in accordance with the Regulation on Procurement of Support Services by Banks.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Law
You may contact the relevant data controller—either the Turkish Football Federation or our Bank—beginning from October 7, 2016, to exercise your rights regarding your personal data, which include:
a) Learning whether your personal data is being processed;
b) Requesting information regarding the processing, if it has taken place;
c) Learning the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose;
ç) Learning the recipients to whom your data has been transferred domestically or abroad;
d) Requesting correction of any incomplete or inaccurate data;
e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law;
f) Requesting that the operations performed under subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred;
g) Objecting to any outcome against you arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems;
ğ) Requesting compensation for any damages you may suffer due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Please note that, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law titled “Application to the Data Controller,” any fees that may be incurred in fulfilling your requests may be charged in accordance with the applicable tariff.
